I have already done these steps, but issue remains same , i m facing this since 3 -4 months, when i go away from home i want to play game on my mobile data then it will not work properly such as division rivals match making can't work and with bots match also can't work. Now i m tired of this. Tell me what should i do??
It sounds like your network provider is not giving you good enough data speeds to handle the game … I have had this issue when traveling in regional areas for work, the quality of local services is such that I can often only log in and play very early in the morning or very late at night when there is not much traffic on the local provider network.
You can find troubleshooting here, but if everything works fine on your wifi, but not on your mobile network, then I would suggest you need to check with your network provider .

My phone is samsung S22 ultra and its specks are too much for this game and my friend has same local network service provider as me and in his phone , the game runs perfectly on mobile data but not working perfectly in my phone on mobile data it crashes and freezes , sometimes when i connect my friend's mobile hotspot the crash or freeze game works smoothly , Now tell me what the problem is this ?
