Unexplained Ban Extension on EA Sports FC Mobile – Seeking Assistance

Hello everyone,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with my EA Sports FC Mobile account and am hoping to find some guidance or insights from the community.

On December 14, 2024, at 5:25 PM (UTC), I discovered that my account had been banned for 70.5 hours. Following this, I promptly opened a case with EA Sports Help Support. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or updates from them after the case was created.

Based on the original ban duration, I decided to wait until December 17, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM (UTC) before attempting to access the game again. However, when I checked the game earlier today, on December 17, 2024, at 4:47 AM (UTC), I noticed that the ban timer still showed 55.5 hours remaining, even though I had not accessed the game during the entire ban period.

Confused by this unexpected extension, I contacted EA Sports Live Chat Support and explained the entire situation. After reviewing my account, the support agent informed me that there was no ban in place. Despite this, when I opened the game again, it continued to display 54.5 hours remaining on the ban timer. Upon informing the agent of this discrepancy, they stated that the issue would be escalated to the dedicated team for further investigation.

As of now, I have not received any further explanation or resolution from EA Sports Support. This lack of communication and clarity has left me feeling quite frustrated and disappointed.

I am reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue or can provide advice on how to handle situations where support does not provide adequate answers. Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
