Madden 24 Crashing on PC

I just purchased madden 24 for my laptop (MSI). Game was purchased through Steam. I downloaded the EA app and when the game tries to launch, I get the madded loading screen and then a window opens to a black screen. After a few seconds it crashes and the window closes. No error messages or anything. Then the EA app opens back up. I've tested the integrity of the download through steam, I've cleared the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I also have an MSI laptop, and I'm experiencing the same issue I bought through EA instead of steam though.

    I've tried 

    1. updating my graphics driver

    2. repairing my game files through ea

    3. uninstalling the game and reinstalling

    4. clearing ea cache

    5. deleting ea program files

    6. uninstalling ea completely and reinstalling

    7. reinstalling windows

    8. disabling non essential background processes

    9. flushing my dns

    10. disabling control fflow guard in windows security

    none of these have provided any luck, the msi thing seems like it could be a common factor. out of curiosity is your laptop the MSI thin GF63 15.6  inch?
