Madden 24 Franchise can’t join or search any new leagues

I can’t join franchises or accept invites to franchises. I search up a league and it just keeps saying please wait. i uninstalled and then reinstalled and still the same outcome. Please fix this as this is truly the main game mode i play. I’m on Xbox Series X , Gamertag is DaDauns

I get that screen every time i search up and league or try to join from a invite.

• PSN ID/Gamertag: DaDauns
• Are you getting an error message? No
• Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes? Just Franchise Mode 
• Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working? Yes, i just can’t join any new ones or search any leagues 
• Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? No
• Does this happen to any other account on the device? No
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wireless
• Is anything else happening? No just a loading screen that says please wait 
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling. I’ve tried clearing my Reserved Space. I’ve tried restarting my xbox.
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

I see this same issue has not been resolved for some time now. The issue is happening with my friend and I. Why has there been a fix yet? We are on PS5.

Nothing has changed 

game still won’t load franchise 

ea help is complete garbage, they’ll copy and paste the same thing they sent before and not actually do anything about the game. 
They have no shame sending the same email response acting like they work. 

* customer service they’ll answer you a whole day later with the same robot response. 
it’s not the console it’s the game that isn’t working correctly “you should do trouble shooting, you should have your console hardwired”  

How do I create a new profile? Having this issue right now

I've had this same problem since the update, over a month.
