Are you getting an error message? I’m being left on the please wait screen for and nothing loads when going to the accept/decline tab.
Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes? It’s happening on franchise I don’t see the invites and I can’t play online.
Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working? None of the following are working; online/offline Franchise mode.
Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? N/A can’t accept franchise invites.
Does this happen to any other account on the device? Nope just happens to this device and this account.
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired directly next to the console.
Is anything else happening? No notifications appearing when multiple friends invite me to a franchise.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried every step “ea customer experience” has sent me via email; soft/hard reset, cleared my cache, uninstalled and re installed, made a new ea account etc.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID.

Missing franchise content
When I attempt to use the search for franchise page to access additional user franchises for the purpose of joining, it doesnt displayanything. I am able to view the filter page and make adjustments but when I select to begin searching the next page displays NO content and I get a "please wait" at the bottom right that never changes and. The page becomes un-navigatible and I am forced to close the app and restart. The franchise invitations accept or decline page has the same problem. I'm also unable to view any of the community created files to download, I am presented with the same screen.
When I attempted to view the content with another account on the same xbox, all of the content was viewable and work as normal.
- @VINCEDWARD Don’t expect a quick fix. The same has been happening to me since 11/28 ea support group recycles the same email response. Good luck emailing.
I'm also having this issue but additionally I can't download draft classes so playing a solo franchise isn't even worth it for me. I assume it's a bug with the EA account. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Feels like I wasted money on this game.
- @jpsprinkles Haven’t played a single franchise or online game since I was able to get the game. Money def lost with the purchase of this game.
Any luck? Having same issue. Can't understand hiw they keep screwing up leagues.
