Madden Ps4 Disc won’t upgrade to Ps5 when it says it will

Had lebgthy email chat with PSN they told me its a n EA issue. Lengthy chat with EA and they told me to go back to PSN!!  Tearing my hair out with this now! Outrageous way to treat customers

Strange thing is I just tried it again and the system started down loading the PS4 version and the update even though they are both already installed. Still no upgrade options.

No option or prompt to download the PS5 version. Looked in the store and the game hub. Deleted and tried to reinstall with the same results also the pre-order bonus code doesn't work. Have been trying since the physical release.

I played the game on the PlayStation 4 and have now received a PlayStation 5. I copied the game data from the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 when configuring the PlayStation 5, and I also copied the Madden 24 game content in the process. When I realized that an upgrade was not available, I deleted my Madden 24 game content and the game. When the game is inserted into the Playstation 5, updates are loaded and installed immediately, but no Playstation 5 upgrade. You can see in the gamehub that I've played 14 hours, 12 of them on PlayStation 4. I've attached screenshots.

I checked for systemupdates, my Softwareversion is Up to date.

I had also rebuild my licensedatabse in the safe mode.

Screenshot one is showing you, that the disk is insert in Playstation 5.

Screenshot two is showing you, that I can buy the Deluxe Edition, but there is no hint to upgrade to the Playstation 5 software.

Screenshot three is showing you, that I can buy the Standard Edition again as download. There is no link between my physical disk and the Store. But the disk is in the drive (see screenshot one).

Summarize your bug I was advised to contact you through bug report by your email team. I have purchased ps4 madden standard edition physical copy with understanding as says on package that I would get ps5 upgrade free. I have insteallled and the dual entitlement is not showing on game up and unable to access in any way. I have emailed over 15 times and now they said to report as a bug I can forward all emails and screenshots if required
