Hi everyone,
Are you getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to play Solo Battles? Please share the information requested below!
- Which platform are you playing on?
- Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game?
- Where does it give you the error? Does it happen as soon as you try entering Solo Battles? Are you getting it when you try selecting an opponent?
- Are you getting this error when you're trying to play a specific opponent? If so, what is the opponent's name?
- When did you start seeing this error?
- Do you remember making any changes to your lineup before it started happening?
- Can you share any details about roster or mode requirements for the mode you're trying to play? If possible, please also share details about the players you used to fill these requirements.
- Can you think of any other info that might be helpful?
