Did 96 overall genki champion exchange set and cannot open the fantasy pack. Says warning when I try to open. The same thing is happening for the 85. I have 2 unopened packs that will not open. Get it together EA. I better not loose my card.
I figured out a way around it do some solos unlock some packs and when your opening other packs at the bottom left it will say hit square/X button to open 96 genki pack I hope this helps

Can't open my 96 set genki champion pack this is exactly why I'm going to stop spending money on content. Content is always delayed rarely is content on time always some bs with packs being bugged. I've spent over 1,000$ on this game since launch and it's always me getting screwed but no more rip somebody else off

Community ManagerThanks for reporting this issue. We will share it with the team. For now, please use the workaround and open any other random pack. After that press the button to open the next pack in your inventory.

Are you not reading people’s reply’s? I mean no disrespect, but EA needs to put together a new “team” This game is bugged from top to bottom, from the very day it came out. We put A LOT of money into your product and nothing works. The worst bug you have is the fact that NOOOOO games will count when you win in MUT Champs, (unless your opponent quits or concedes) I e seen probably over a thousand reports of this for months now and you e done absolutely nothing about it. How about a little integrity! When you do answer a concern about it, you say the name bs you say for everything, “restart your console… blah blah blah. Fix your crappy game!
