Madden 25 Bug, tells me I have the Trial when I bought the deluxe bundle

Since the 9.3.24 update, I've been experiencing the game crashing every time I try to play a game in Superstar mode. Today I started experiencing this; I bought the bundle for $150 as well, months ago and today it says that I have the trial all of a sudden. *sigh*

Summarize your bug Every game I play, game will kick me out back to tittle screen anywhere from the first to the fourth quarter. I have tried to play the same game around 8 times now. I have tried pretty much all of the trouble shooting tips to include deleting and redownloading the game. The game also states that I am in a trial mode even though I bought the NCAA/ NFL bundle. At this point I would like information on getting a refund for both of these games. I have PTSD from military and these games are what keeps my mind off of other things and I cannot enjoy them, it is frustrating me worse.

I have the Game pass. I purchased the Madden 25 standard edition when the pre-sale was going on.

I tried resetting everything, modem, etc. when i turn the game on the only options are to play with free trial or pay for it again. 

I've purchased the full game, a LONG time ago. 

Yet ever since yesterday when I start the game I get this "you're using the Madden Trial...upgrade to the full game" message. 

Doesn't stop me from playing the full game. But it's...pretty annoying. 

I’ll say this is happening to me too on the free play weekend, but Microsoft store says I own it still and I click launch the game and it seems to be fine, but I just had to confirm my identity through email because of it as well as other irregular sign on screens.

• Should your account own Madden 25, or game share with another account? YES,  I paid for the deluxe CFB/Madden MVP Bundle on 21MAY2024.  
• Are you getting an error message? It tells me that I am using a trial version and must go to the store and purchase.  I go to the store it says that I own this, I click the button that I own it and it takes me back to the game.  That being said, it doesn't seem to be patched.  I cannot import into a franchise, etc...  
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Deleted the game with ALL data multiple times and getting the same issue.
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... REVIEW the OTHER screenshots associated with this issue.

This has to be the most disappointing of Madden launches that I have experienced.  As someone who is a football fan and has been playing NFL sims since Tecmo Bowl, I cannot believe the NFL allows EA to maintain the exclusive license. 

It was bad enough that EA NEVER disclosed that there would be no integration or way to export draft classes from CFB and put them in Madden, as it worked 14 years ago.  So EA * me into paying $150 for an MVP bundle, and then Madden NEVER WORKS?????  HOW????

Unbelievable.  I will be filing complaints with my financial institution, Microsoft, and the Michigan Attorney General's office.  EA should not be allowed to steal from people like this. 

EA should be ashamed of this launch and how it treats its loyal customers.  

I purchased the MVP version back on July 20th as I have NCAA football 25 as well but for some reason when I opened up madden 25 it was saying I was on the trial version, asking me to upgrade to the full version…. I just want a game that works…..

My account owns the game - I bought the CFB/Madden bundle

I am getting "Welcome to the Madden NFL 25 Trial" - not an error per se except i own the game and have been playing the full version.

I have had to go through the store which states I own the game. Appears to have loaded but I am concerned this will wipe after 10 hours.
