Been playing since the game launched and now it is telling me I have a trial version. I bout the CFB/Madden deluxe bundle.

this is unacceptable. Literally shoveled out 150$ for a product I can’t even use. EA is literally scamming their customers.

Try switching over to a different profile, then switch back to your main account. Does it still give you the same trial error message after that?

Experiencing this exact same issue, I bought the MVP bundle with CFB 25, and now we're hit with this garbage? I'm the only account on my x, and say's this crap about the trial?? Heads up EA, I NEVER downloaded the trial, what a damn joke.
It keeps going to this EA Play Trial window saying "this trlal can only be played on the account that downloaded it" I preordered the ultimate bundle with CFB2025. Why does this keep happening? What trial? I logged off, and signed in. Restarted Xbox. I restart the game but it keeps going to this.
So i bought the college football MVP bundle to get both deluxe editions and for the past couple of days madden has been asking me to use the EA play trial to play but I fully own the game so I thought whatever it must be a visual bug, but I try and play today and it says my trial has ended and won't let me play even tho I fully own the game? any fixes? I am gamesharringf with someone but I am the one that bought Madden.
It’s, not letting me play the game at all because the Trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it? I bought the game!

What about an update (just like this) on the actual major problem hundreds of thousands are experiencing? I think a simple status update on whats going on with Superstar Mode will go a long way @EA_Kent
