Madden 25 Bug, tells me I have the Trial when I bought the deluxe bundle

Thanks, I actually got it fixed by logging out of my account from this page, and logged back in, and that seemed to correct the issue.

This is an issue we're aware of and working to resolve as soon as possible.

I’m getting the ea play trial message on my screen but I purchased the full bundle with ncaa and madden while on preorder. I have attached proof of amount of time already played.

I was just playing madden when it signed me out and said

“EA PLAY TRIAL 

this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your process” but I bought the bundle of college football and madden 25 on Xbox series x

Appreciate you giving it a shot! Do you also have the MVP bundle with College Football 25, or do you only have Madden NFL 25 by itself?

Yes I own the game on my account 

When I sign into alternate profile then back to my original profile i am allowed to play one challenge before reverting back to saying this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it.

same thing for me.
i have restarted my game and xbox and uninstalled and reinstalled madden and it still didn't fix it

Hey everyone, 

We're currently looking into the issue that's preventing some Madden NFL 25 owners from playing the game right now. We will follow up here and let you know when we have any updates to share. 

In the meantime, please give the following steps a try to see if it helps: 

1. Launch Madden NFL 25
2. Reach the Main Menu and get the Trial error message
3. Hit the Xbox button on your controller
4. Go to Profile & System
5. Select Log Out
6. Log back in with the same account once you reach the Account Login screen
7. Return to Madden NFL 25. You should see the game reconnect to the servers
8. You should no longer see the Trial error
