did not get my level rewards in field pass
just completed level 27 in the field pass and did not get my coins or the pack... why?

I have contacted what you supposedly call EA Customer care… I got the runaround on this problem myself! I get packs but no XP. They directed me here to see if anyone has had any luck figuring out why. They gave me the excuse that it’s a “bug” and will send it to developers. But then turned around and closed my issue as resolved! Said they can’t give me my XP or credit without knowing it’s an actual issue!
what else is new with these mothers... if its not this, its something else
