Ive been having the same issue bro please let me know if anyone finds a fix i legit have the exact same problem thought it was steam refunded now it still wont launch on EA .PLEASE EA FIX THIS ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS THIS IS Embarrassing EA_Edu
I refunded it shortly after I made the post because it was extremely frustrating. I was thinking of buying the game again since it's close to black friday, but idk yet, all because of the issues that occurred before. Someone on Steam suggested turning off the in-game overlay on Steam and the EA app, but idk if it's gonna work again. Did you ever find a solution?
create a new windows account and try loading the game up it worked for me hope this helps ive tried everything and only this works
all you have to do is redownload a few apps all the games will still be there its worth it in my opinion until they fix it but this works for sure
