There's a bug attached to the most recent roster update where we're repeatedly promoted to "download the latest roster" to start a game.
I presume it's an issue with the coding in the roster file. Most likely with the hash not lining up with what's presumed to be the "current file".
I'd suggest either releasing a new update file IMMEDIATELY where the hash lines up, but testing in a VM first.
If not, the best change management step would should be to roll back the update completely (meaning everyone would just have to play with last week's roster) and just wait til next Wednesday (since Thursday is a holiday) to properly release a new one.
I'm sure you're showing that game activity has greatly decreased since Thursday night and this is why.
What CANNOT happen...is what's happening now...no acknowledgement of the issue and waiting til Monday to do anything about it.
And going forward, properly testing these roster files in a VM prior to release.
