Nothing more immersion breaking than drafting a PS2 looking 40 year old and seeing him come up the draft stage... And seeing his face every few picks as clones/duplicate faces are extremely common (seen mock drafts where the first 5 projected players are the identical faces...). And if you want to edit them nearly all the other faces look old or do not fit in their helmets. EA College football solved for this with the AI faces... M27 really needs to modernize this and do what their little brother game does.
