Falsely Auction House Restricted PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I am a Competitive Madden Player and my account got falsely auction house restricted after I sold the rare gauntlet card Darnell Washington for 3.9 Million coins. This was when the card just got released and it was going for 3.5 million all day. When I posted it no other cards of him were up so I tried to sell him for close to 4 million and he sold. My account got auction house restricted the next day however I don't see it in my penalty history. I made a case for the false ban and no one from EA has gotten back to me yet. Please help me my case is #226847271 . My EA account is sebatron2004. My xbox Gamertag is SebatronB. Please someone help me I have been falsely banned for 2 weeks
