Very big franchise improvement.

So in franchise we all hate it when our start players put up big numbers the previous season, but then regress heavily because they are older. I have an idea to combat this. Once a player (Based off position and each individual player) hits an age 30-33, they can began regressing normally, except for one thing. The older they get, it is fine and fair to regress their physical stats each time, but their previous season should determine how much their attributes and dev traits regress. For example, an X factor Derrick Henry putting up 1400 yards PER SEASON should not regress to normal dev and lose his attributes because of age.  I feel like they should only lose attributes and dev trait IF they put up not great seasons. Of course detoriating physical stats will affect their performance over time, but it feels more realistic for many of us. Matthew Stafford may not have the arm or mobility he used too, to but he still is a very accurate and poised passer.  This doesn’t mean every season he should lose attribute points, as he is still going strong as a passer. Everyone please upvote this so Madden might take this into consideration if you agree with me, and we can MAKE MADDEN GREAT AGAIN!

  • Best thing to do right now until they tune this up a bit more is just turn dev trait regression off, and set the XP sliders up so that people aren't taking a big of stat hits. If you want some good sliders for this, I can either upload mine or post them for you, or I'm sure there are plenty of others who have some good sliders out there you can look into! Hopefully we see this fine tuned as they switch things up with the dev abilites to match CFB whatnot.
