I am in total agreement with the OP. I have played bad games, games shipped incomplete, games that where horribly broken. I have never seen a game though that has a cash shop (packs for MUT) then don't have a playable version of the game to go with it for months. Plus it's the same basic issue that they have tried to fix multiple times and have gone from there are some work arounds to completely botched.
I have heard that EA customer service is terrible but have never needed it before now and I totally get it.
So yeah done with anything EA. If they don't care enough neither do I.
The whole FTC thing - yeah the paying for packs thing and then not being able to use what you paid for seems pretty scummy. Bad glitchy game = boycott, but this might be on a different level.
I feel like we should sue
