Usually if a game isn't launching and doesn't even show an error message, that indicates another program or process interfering with the launch. Reinstalling isn't a bad step to try, but since that hasn't changed anything for you I'd check through these steps to see what other programs could be interfering in this case.
You'll want to try temporarily disabling any other programs that could interfere, typically things like certain security programs, overlays (Discord, Game Bar, Overwolf, etc.), or even performance monitoring programs. If you've gone through all those, the next thing to try would be a clean boot of your system to just disable everything but the required system processes to see if you can launch the game at that point.
