Disappointed!

I made a purchase of $22.99 for 2800 Madden Ultimate Team points, spent it on the Season 1 Event Premium Pass and it’s not active yet! I made the purchase last week and the extra packs are still locked. I’ve even tried to select it to see if I needed to activate it or something but it sent me to the store to purchase the points again. I’m really frustrated with it being that I’m at a lost for my money and I live Ultimate Team. I need to get this resolved. Also my Rookie Premier Cards didn’t carry over from Madden 25 after I redeemed the ticket/tooen for it.
