Fix the PC lag

I'm equally frustrated and I don't want to sound combative but you do realize the BBB has no authority, yes? They are basically Google reviews with a fancy logo. EA, especially relative to Madden, already has a horrendous reputation if you search online so the complaints will do very little. 

You just said a whole lot of nothing. Im 35 and understand that EA is not a BBB compliant company.

A few years ago. I couldn't get FIFA 23 to work on my PC. I messaged them for weeks looking for a solution and they eventually stopped responding to me. There was no chance at a refund either. I wouldn't put it past EA to do this with Madden 26. 

I've seen people saying that Fifa 26 is lagging also. EA better get it together xbox is moving to a pc Xbox hybrid 

So then what was the point to telling to report them and why mention your age?

Ryant2864 thanks for focusing on the problem, and putting pressure on EA. We need to get this fix. Waste of $75. EA PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!

Absolutely, they'll need to prioritize the PC at some point.

I think we need to start reporting them to the FTC as well as we are not able to play the game that we paid for. Hopefully when the government shut down is over the FTC can put pressure on EA as well.
