Madden 26 trial not working for pc

Ive been trying to open madden 26 because it claims that i have the 10 hour trial but every time i open the game it shows the splash screen and the white bar loads to 99 percent(attachment below) then closes and shows this error about me not being online (attachment below) Ive tested my internet speeds i have even used ethernet i have repaired reinstalled and uninstalled the anti-cheat and i have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game fully and i have updated drivers. i dont know what the issue is i have tried almost everything.
