Opponents bad connection issues killed the game

Right now, in a game that won't let me do anything, due to seeing 'your opponent is having connection issues' so the game freezes. The menus do not go away, the opponent no longer is on screen, BTW, I'm on xbxs they are cross platform.

The game came back, and low and behold, my passing was no longer effective, my run game stunted, fair enough, but my QB not being able to run outside, or in a straight line without some weird animation that seemed to be controlling his moves.

EA need to start being strict with connection issues, they ruin the hell out of games. Should be a limit on connection strikes and gone, not a dozen or more all the way through a half.

Why should I suffer because of my opponents connectivity? I shouldn't, simple.
