Report EA PC Lag

The way EA has handled this situation is unacceptable, and we must demand better from this company.  I encourage everyone to go to EA support and open a case a demand a refund, and or compensation. We should not settle for anything less than a full refund. 

When this case inevitably gets closed, as mine did, then we should go the route of filing complaints to the BBB and the FTC for malpractice because we are not able to use the content that we paid for as advertised. We need to put pressure on EA to communicate with the community and give us what is owed for their mistakes.
