What is EA doing

It has been two weeks since any sort of communication from EA about the PC issue. According to their customer support, EA has not even completed the investigation, and they have no idea what is causing the PC issues.

Clearly, they do not do enough testing before updates, and it's very likely that when they attempt to fix the current issue, they will just create a new one. They have no timeline or ETA for a fix and have refused to communicate.

EA also refuses any sort of refund, although PC players can not play the game that they paid for. We need to continue to report EA and file complaints against them so third parties can pressure them into resolving this issue.

Hopefully, this gets resolved soon and we are well compensated the way we deserve, but in all likelihood, we will get a few Hail Mary packs. Until then, please join me in reporting EA to the BBB and the FTC for the way they handle this situation.

I went to the BBB (https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/search?find_country=USA&find_text=ea&page=1&touched=1) because the FTC will not do anything because of the government shutdown. That link should bring you to a page where you can look for EA Capital games and begin the complaint process. The goal is to get enough people doing this to put pressure on EA.
