The game is laughably broken on next-Gen and I want a refund so I can buy an actual working game instead of this busted mess.

Same thing happened to me in face of the franchise trying to sign a contract. If reset/re-installed everything and nothing works stupid game. Never buying it after this one. EA has done nothing to fix this.

Same type thing here …After finishing a game in franchise mode, the game crashed and I am not able to load into my franchise.

This has been happening in madden 21, 22 & now no change in madden 23. I just want to play the game I paid for but apparently this is a permanent issue and this is not what I paid for so I would like to take steps to get my money back. I feel like such a fool buying this game again. These performance issues are unacceptable and a waste of my time.

3 years in a row, I can’t play the game I paid for. This will be my last year if this isn’t fixed.

Summarize your bug first no online content can't access EA servers but main bug issue is face of franchise end of season 1 go to sign and it crashes everytime! then trying to report and get help is horrible, wish the NFL would pull your rights!!!!!

It's the same for me and I'm on XBOX One. It'll force me to progress week and eventually force retire. Lost a 99 OVR QB, 2x MVP 3x Super Bowl Champ to it. Sad. Truly sad.

Summarize your bug Go to select a new team to play as with my character and it crashes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start offline franchise. Get drafted in first round. Go undefeated in first season all the way through. Win first and last preseason game in second season. Win first 5 games of second season, then lose two in a row, then win rest of season. Set the single game passing yards and touchdown record with 686 and 9 respectively. Win super bowl in second season. Go to re sign players and demand release. Go to off-season 2 to get offers. Select an offer. Game crash
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes
What do you expect to see? My character in a new uniform.

Summarize your bug When I accept offer in the Off-season resigning the screen freezes and I get forced out to the main menu …. This has happened several times for a couple weeks now

Summarize your bug Every time I finish a season with a player I created (running back), I "demand release" and then select a contract with another team. When I select a contract offer, the game crashes and starts over. After a couple of times of this happening it eventually won't offer me any contracts and I have to retire the player after one season.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a player in Franchise Mode such as a running back. Play a season. After Super Bowl, Demand Release and advance to where you get a contract offer(s). Try to select the contract offer that you want.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and I have to retire my player.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to agree to contract with another team and play another season like I've always been able to do in previous versions of game.
