Madden 20 On Xbox Crashes Consistently

Is the game still crashing on you when you try to play the game? We'll do everything we can to stop that from happening to you on your end, I know from personal experience that can be extremely disappointing.

Have you tried any steps like power cycling the console or reinstalling? When it crashes do you get a specific error and does it send you to the Xbox home screen or Madden main menu?

No it literally just crashes @EA_Blueberry and doesn’t have any reason given. I uninstalled and reinstalled and power cycled. Could it be a lemon of a  version?

Let me know of the following so we can find out what's causing this:

• Is it a physical copy of the game or digital?
• Are you installing the game on an external hard drive?
• Do you have any devices attached to the USB slot on your Xbox?
• Which mode(s) is it crashing in and if it's franchise, do you use custom created players? We're tracking an issue for that here.

Nope not franchise and it’s a downloaded version from the microsoft store stored on the hard drive. Have no other issues with any games and never had an issue like this before. I have ample amounts of space. It’s a whole new issue. Crashes when playing online before you even start and also in practice mode and MUT.

Can you try going to My Games & Apps>Highlight Madden 20>Press Start>Manage Game>Clear the game saved data (local and cloud).

Still doesn’t work 

I think my issue is the same mine crashes since the last update of 3 GB. Mine tries to load gets stuck on the Mahomes screen get 1 dot 2 dots and then 3 dots then black screen then back to home screen. I have been contacting Ea Chat, Telephone,email, and twitter. Other 7 games work except Madden 20 now since that update. I think I want a refund because this game is broken and won't work.

That’s what’s im saying dawg. Why release a game we can’t play? Never seen anything quite like this before.

I know I'm getting the run around basically at this point I think I just want my money back and be done with the game. Because nothing they have said to try is working and the last update broke it for me. It worked fine update 3GB and boom game won't load. Only game that won't work too my other 7 games work just fine even Madden 19 works still. So can't be my console. I have wasted 3 days of checking twitter DM's, email chats, telephone calls, and chat help and nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled game twice lost 8 hrs of my time there to download 43 GB twice. I'm tired of it.
