Madden 23 Pre Order - Have Not Recieved my free 99 OVR Player Pack for Madden 22

I pre ordered from the in game screen and have yet to recieve my free 99 ovr player pack for madden 22

    @EA_Blueberry I honestly don’t remember, I believe I was in game and then purchased through MS store from Xbox home.

    I havent received my pack either, i restarted my PS5 numerous times, and i confirmed my purchase, My PSN is WestonD2 and i preordered on PS5, thank you
