Re: Can’t log into EA Servers

I have this exact same issue on XBOX Series X. Unknown login error and can’t play any online modes. Only affects Madden 23. Not other network issues with any other games or services. 

Hi @ryanf211 Can you try going through the following steps and check if you continue getting this message?

• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates 
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open your PS5 NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

Hey @MitchellZ87 For Xbox can you try the below steps and confirm if you keep getting this message as well?

• Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
• Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
• Check for updates 
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open you're Xbox NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console

I’ve tried most of these steps prior to posting. They did not work. Will try again this evening to verify. For the record, I can login to my EA  account and play online on every other game I own though, to include Madden 22, it just will not login on Madden 23. I did not have this issue prior to installing the update for Madden 23 last week. 

I have tried all these steps still can’t login into the EA servers

I’ll try that I have tried 3 times doing that all ready but not recently 

Just re installed still not working

madden 23 won’t let me play online I have ps plus and my WiFi is connected I also reseted my ea password and it still won’t work. I know i did not just spend 70 bucks and not even be able to play

Did it all still coming up with the same thing

These two error messages 

one says you must be logged into both PlayStation and EA. The other says a unknown login error.
