When I load into madden it says my account is invalid so I try to connect my Xbox to my ea account but it won’t let me because it says my clacking is ineligble
We're not able to give out the email for the account. What you'll need to do is contact a live support advisor here so they can go through the account recovery process.
These people are no help at all. I have been trying to play online all day yesterday. The agents just ask me the same questions and I give them the same answers.

Having the same issue all day and seeing the same message al DAY ! EA has a horrible customer support team who by conversation is limited in the ability of what they can actually do to reset this or get this fixed. I called twice and was cut off the second time. I just wasted 80 dollars for a game I cant play!
Decided to give EA Sports another try. Doesn't even give me the option to sign into my EA account when I launch Madden 21 on my PS4, and doesn't allow me to play without signing in. Garbage. Wish you could do refunds on PS4, but guess I'll have to settle for avoiding buying any more EA games.

Go to settings and download live content and you should be signed in!! Worked for me
