I am a 91 OVR and am lvl 30 in Madden Mobile 18 IOS. Two days ago all the coins from my account were taken from EA. I was then giving back all my coins by EA. As a result, it currently says that my auction house in unavailable. What should I do to fix this problem and who can I talk to?

I logged into the game this morning and received the following notice:PENALTY FLAGWARNINGThis account has been found in violation of the User Agreement and has had its coins reduced and access to the Auction House temporarily disabled. Further breaches may result in additional actions taken against this account up to and including banning the account.My coins have been reduced to 100,000 from between 1.5million and 2million. I do not understand this. I am a clean player. I have not purchased coins. I only have one account and have not made any kind of transfers. The coins I had were coins that I earned through legitimate grinding (I'm a level 73) and perfectly normal activity in the Auction House.I have submitted a ticket to Customer Service. In past experiences, they have requested that I post on these forums, so I'm doing so. This is extremely frustrating. If I cannot find out from EA why I was penalized and if I cannot get my coins and AH access restored, I think I am done with this game.UPDATE: I just received 1.5 million back from EA. I have no idea if that's everything they took, because I didn't take a screenshot last night. But it's pretty close. I still can't access the AH, but it's at least a good sign.

Thanks. It's partially worked out. I am still blocked from accessing the AH, and I have no idea when that will be lifted. So that is frustrating. But I know that there are many, many others in the same boat.

Yeah Im confused as hell at whats going on. Woke up yesterday morning and logged in before work like everymorning. (Have about 10 minutes) to collect packs and play a couple live events. While clicking throough to accept everyrhing got hit with a red flag or was red flagged. Was clicking through so fast didnt see a whole lot of message. Coins dropped from 1.6 mill to 100k. Didnt have time to message in then so when I logged back in when I got home from work and I had my original coins again. So I didnt think much of it until I tried to go in AH. Been 2 days now and still cant get in. Dont have money to blow on the game so anything i have is from grinding, with occasional good card to sell so not sure why I was flagged in the first place. I have re- read the ToS at least 20 times to see if I keep missing something or if Im breaking any rules, but I havent come across anything. I assumed getting my coins back, EA had acknowledged they made a mistake. Auction house remains down though..So is my account good? Flagged? Is non acess to Auction house a glitch? Am I being punished for something? Just want know where I stand and if I did do something wrong please do tell so I dont do it again..Please advise, Thank you

@EA_Barry where you at?Called, dm’d Twitter acct, submitted a case, emailed, posted on your forums, did every single troubleshooting method- still the auction house is unavailable.Please help.

Welp, looks like someone has rolled a bunch of posts into this one.
Both my initial case with EA Help and my initial email to lets_talk@ea.com were closed on Friday with the message: "We’re happy to let you know that we’ve returned your missing Coins in Madden Mobile." No mention of the AH ban.
I could not reopen the lets_talk case, but I reopened the EA Help case and received another generic response that I needed to contact lets_talk@ea.com.
So I opened a second case this morning with lets_talk@ea.com with the following requests:
1. Please explain to me precisely what it is that triggered this penalty
2. Please restore my access to the Auction House
3. If it is not possible to restore my access to the Auction House, please at least release some sort of statement as to how long we can expect the “temporary” ban might last
I would recommend that everyone in this thread do the same.
In the meantime, it would be wonderful if one of the Community Managers would chime in with some information regarding the justification for and length of these AH bans. Thank you.

Just don't understand whats happening. Is there honestly absolutely no body to tell us whats going on? Flag us, take our coins, suspend our Auction House, give back our coins, tell us it was a mistake but still have auction house down day 5 now. I am being forced to level players I dont want to, make sets Ive been saving up for others because my bench is full 1200/1200. I have packs I cant even open. No reason to buy more if I cant open them anyways..can anyone atleast acknowledge we are alive?? That the problem is real?

Auction house still down coins refunded. Ea closed the case as others have mentioned and no news about the auction issues .

Yep, I have been on the phone with them 3 different times. Each time they tell me that they are forwarding my case to the 'Terms and Conditions department". I ask for a timeline and they say that they should respond by email in 24 hours. That has not happened hence why I've called them every 48 hours after not getting an email response. My case is still open at least... What good are the coins we got back if we can't use them?

My EA Help case was marked Resolved again, and I was offered this beautiful assurance:
"Let me share the studio are aware of this issue and are continuing to monitor the situation. I will suggest you to keep playing the game fairly and you will get the access automatically. There is no ETA at the moment but studio would not make you wait longer."
I think I'm done pushing this issue through EA Help for the moment.
I haven't heard back from lets_talk@ea.com, but the Updated time on my case has changed a few times. So maybe it's being assigned to someone with a bit more knowledge and authority. We'll see. Studio would not make me wait longer.

wtf im considering contacting apple regarding this matter. This is absolutely absurd bc when i ask why i can't use AH they don't even mention any ban being present, so I did nothing wrong. So fine, i'm not spending a dime and want my funds back. Hope EA crashes n burns since a bunch of idiots are doing this job.

I had a pretty good convo with an EA person named Nakul D but after about 5 messages he stopped talking. Smh. Then I got an email that said “your case is in good hands. No response after that. Im pissed.

Purchasing coins is not illegal. Unless they have it strictly written down in their rules, than purchasing coins isn't illegal. Its just like purchasing cash. It helps you just like the coins do. So what's the difference? I did the same thing on NBA LIVE Mobile and i never once got in trouble. Because it's legal. Plus they would have to look in your transactions history and thats illegal becausr that violates your right to privacy. So all you're doing is buying and selling. Nothing illegal, it aint like hacking or modding
