I know many teams like me that are tired of the ipad crashing all day long. How many Championship tournament results are just garbage because someone got screwed out of and entire drive? Where is the FIX? Where is a RESUME button especially if there hasn't even been a kick off yet? I've seen a RESUME button TWICE in LvL crashes so it seems like you're trying? Problem is I've crashed HUNDREDS of times.What about the constant crashing in Arena BEFORE the kickoff? Cost me so much stamina this year. Cost me precious tickets for the arena end-of-promo, too! Maybe you don't even KNOW the ipad just crashes, looses drives and matches and stamina, since DAY 1 through today?OK, @EA_Blueberry trying to make sure you know this is a HUGE ISSUE, since day 1 and is still hurting many teams. In arena-based play, madden mobile crashes right at that 99-100% for many, many different versions of the ipad. None of the android users I know have this issue.Signed,Tired of seeing "You chose to Forfeit..." and losing resources.

@MaxDoubt222 Not just ipad. It happens across all platforms. Yeah they need to change that "you chose to forfeit" bs. I chose nothing your garbage software crashed...... that can get infuriating, at least change the verbiage to just say the match was forfeited not I chose to forfeit!

Thank you for raising this and a couple questions for you both. When these crashes happen, how long were you playing for before it happened? Are you playing on a WiFi or mobile network connection? We can dive into troubleshooting if you're up to see what we can do to help avoid this from constantly happening. I'll be sure to pass your thoughts on this along to the team though, I completely understand how it can be annoying and frustrating when you're investing stamina/tickets.

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for such a quick response. I'm on pretty much 24/7. It can happen right after logon or after playing a while. It is always before the match fully loads. ...90%, 94%, 99% - app closes or sometimes it gets to 100% then closes and the 'match overview' screen never appears. Mostly in arena, sometimes LeagueVleague, sometimes league tournaments and head-to-head. I do not play OverDrive.Always on WiFiChecked with leagueMates, only ipads/tablets. All the "phone" teams say a crash is rare.

@MaxDoubt222 Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your device and re-added it?Do you have a gaming router where you can add either a 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz channel? I was experiencing this issue from time to time on one of the channels and upon switching I hardly ever get it anymore.

Please, Please, PLEASE EA, fix your ipad crashing software!

@EA_Blueberry I have had 2 routers this season as I needed a new one. Both had this issue. I will try the above tip. Yes, router supports 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz.

Just to make sure were on the same page, the iPad isn't getting disconnected from the server or WiFi, the game crashes/closes/shuts and needs to be reopened.

@EA_Blueberry Everything but reinstall. Would rather lose some matches hereNthere than my entire team- not worth the risk.

It also happens quite often with daily drills but the resume feature catches it so it's not costly/noticeable.

@MaxDoubt222 If you sign in with Facebook or Apple you won't lose your team because it's all saved to the cloud. If you haven't re-installed it's very possible the app has corrupted files and this should help fix that.

@EA_BlueberryYeah, had last season's team connected to Facebook and lost my team because changing passwords. Good thing this season had already started. I know this was an ipad/itunes/facebook issue but still, lost total access just the same.

I run a league and would rather not chance the 'ole, "really you won't lose anything" route. Many friends have tried the reinstall and no difference, still crash at 99-100% load. It didn't solve the issue for any of them. I tried reinstall on my son's iPad and it made no difference.
If I'm on madden for 3 hours per day, it may happen twice in that time, maybe not at all til tomorrow. But it is coming, just hope it's not the wrong match. Can't recreate it. I do feel if I check a couple of things out between drives it seems less frequent that drive 1, drive 2, drive 3.
Been trying to pay attention to anything I can. It seems as though loading new match zooms to 100%, pretty safe bet I'm good. If it loads and pauses at 99% for the slightest moment, there's a chance of app shut even if it gets to 100%. My ipad is newer, but others have older ones. Again, all my phone users don't even know what a crash is! lol

@EA_BlueberryLol Blue you have to admit that 50% or more of the time it’s their Servers that crash or get overloaded and it locks up the game or shuts you down!

The game is famous for crashing when playing the weekly Live NFL games during the actual football season! It’s notorious for crashing and has nothing to do on our end.

But you know that as we’ve discussed it many, many times over the last several seasons, right?
