Hi Kent,
I've been dealing with the same issue. It seems to be happening after every rushing play on offense and after every play on defense. The screen will just go black and often times I need to hit the phone's back button repeatedly just to get back into the game. I play Madden Mobile 21 on a Samsung S20.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The app is up to date. I've tried various visual settings in the game and I've canceled all of the battery saving modes on the phone. I've cleared app cache, restarted my phone, and everything else that can be found in the troubleshooting page you referenced but no avail.
Is there anything else you can suggest (other than abandoning this game altogether)?

Thank you for the details!
Does it matter which playbook you're using? If you haven't already, can you try switching to a different one to see if that makes any difference at all?

im dealing with the same issue if it cant be fixed def deleting the game.

@tysmatulich Are you on a Samsung S20 device too? no i have the note20 ultra
@EA_Blueberry if when screen goes black if i press the back button on my phone screen comes back for a micro second then black again it is extremerly frustrating

@tysmatulich Does it continue to do this if you adjust the graphical settings to a lower setting? It's under Settings>Preferences. @EA_Blueberry yeh it does

Any update on this bug? I also have this problem since the begining of the season, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 +.

Hey, everyone.
For those still impacted by this after 12/30/20 can you direct message me the following below to swing over to the team. They need some more examples.- Madden Mobile User ID (it's the number located in the top right corner when you go to settings in game. DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY)
- Device type and software version
- @EA_Blueberry I also have the same issue. I am using Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G and android 11. One Ui version is 3.1. Madden Mobile Version is 7.3.3. How can I send you a message?
Is it impossible to resolve this issue?
I opened the case for this issue in EA support but there's no reply yet and send message for this issue to EA Advisor but not yet read it.
It's very unpleasant user experience from EA.

After updating the latest version, this bug seems to be resolved.

I still have the same problem on my S20+ with the latest version so.... no fix for me...
Oh. it is a bad news. On Galaxy S21+, it is fixed.
EA needs to fix more for S20.

Maybe the problem persist on my device because is the exynos chip version...
I do not think so. My device is also Exynos version.
My galaxy S21+ is using Exynos 10 series.
