500 Error when attempting to Download ME3

Hi,

I attempted to download ME3 on the EA app after not having played in many years. I used to play through the Origin app but that has since been taken down. The EA app shows ME3 in my library and shows my history of the time played and achievements.

Unfortunately every time I attempt to download it the EA app goes into meltdown and returns a 500 Error and crashes the EA app, having to force shutdown through task manager.

Tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA app, nothing seems to work... I can load other games through the app so it isn't a connection issue.

Help needed!
