Hi All - I wanted to get Stasis as my bonus power in ME2, but after completing the Shadow Broker DLC and chatting with Liara on the Normandy, it's still not available under advanced training. I've tried reloading my save points and going back to talk to her, but nothing has worked. This is a fresh playthrough with my ME1 imported character. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

@GorgoQofS Never used Stasis before. Might be available the next playthrough of ME2 or ME3. However I would suggest Reave as an extra power if you don't already have it. So much better. That's just me. Good luck!

That happens with me too. Polly a legendary edition bug, I never have that problem in original ME2.EA need to fix this.

On PC a workaround is to unlock the skill using a save editor, such as the one on the Nexus. I have personally used the editor on an ME2 save and unlocked the skill, since I had previously played the Original version and had everything unlocked. For other platforms...sorry, don't know another way.

Hello. Yes this happened to me also, completed lair of the shadow broker and the stasis power was not unlocked as a bonus talent. Very annoying as i also didnt get the paramour 2 achievment at the same time for continuing my romance with liara.

PC ME2: Unable to learn Stasis after finishing LotSB DLC.
Has anyone figured out a workaround to fix this? A google search shows that this bug also existed in OG ME2. How did this get overlooked on release of MELE? I have Mordin unlocked and I also have had the conversation with Liara on the Normandy after finishing LotSB.

I got Slam at Advance Training console in SB base. Were there supposed to be different choices? I tied that console several times but I only ever got 1 choice - Slam, and it didn't transfer into ME3, although everything else did.

@delena665 Advanced Training is available on the Normandy as well, under the Prototypes section.

It has different choices depending on your loyal squadmates - when you do a loyalty mission, you unlock your squadmate's third active ability both for them (instantly) and for Shepard (only one can be selected at a time through AT, but can be switched out later to a different one).

@felker_s strange, I'd done all loyalty missions (and assigned points to all "loyalty" powers of my squadmates) but my choices never expanded beyond Slam... I'll go back to ME2 after suicide mission save and try Advance training again just to confirm.
But regardless of the power I got, shouldn't it have transferred to my ME3 character?

@delena665 As far as I remember, ME3 has a different system in place for extra powers... But it has been a long time since I've played it.

I'm sure it does not transfer from ME2 though.
