Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the problem to this game, and this game only. I have contacted EA support multiple times, and i ran every solution they had and exhausted all options (reinstalling the EA app, unlinking and linking my EA account with xbox account, clean reboot of system, safe mode reboot of system with networking). Every time the EA app broke down and i had to reinstall it, every time the same error (the screenshot 1). The last Support person that i had live chat with told me to report a bug and on the forums, and that he will refer the error up the chain, because there is no solution at the moment. So im doing what i was told. Additional information:
- xbox app error code while trying to download the game: 0xa3e903ed (screenshot 2)
- every other game i can use via EA Play downloads and installs without a problem
- origin does not see me having EA Play, xbox and ea acconts are linked, im blocked from relinking them til may 2022

- i can download ME Legendary on my xbox console using the same account without any problems

    Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

    I can confirm reporting solve nothing! Since four days I have the same issue and I have pushed EA support as far I could. They told me to check my pc! So what Hagendar can think it's a lie. The problem persists and their ea experts will take the lead.

    When I download it keeps me displaying the same message like he had. I have to stay behind the screen and unpause the download to go forward. Unfortunately it does not download anything. EA apps needs to be updated.

    Hey!!!!!!!!!!!! i think i found a issue resolve i tried just about everything in this thread but i was able to fix this issue with something easy idk if you are dopwnloading to an external drive but i am and i had to manually make a "EA Games" folder then download to that folder then it downloaded easy!

    Nothing seems to work, even filed a bug report on it. EA App won't let me download Mass Effec Legendary Edition.

    It just says "preparing" and then download error message. I've tried everything it feels like. 

    Edit: Solved. This worked for me. I changed my region in EA App Setting to United Kingdom (I'm from Sweden). Now the game is downloading.
