Have tried everything. Freezing up ME2 Legendary Xbox one

Jdmacdeez Being on console, one of the things that sadly happens a lot is saves become corrupted. It could be anything from the install of the game, to corrupted files or a cached issue on the console. Its almost impossible to tell how it happens. What I do is I save the game as a new save file, then close it down and manually load into that new one. If you do this before getting to that spot, it could help, but may not 100% of the time.
