Yes I do. They're:
Allow Extra Talent Points, Audemus' Happy Ending, Expanded Galaxy Mod, and Unofficial LE2 Patch Launcher Video Fix (EDITED AND ADDED: I don't know why this one is showing up in the ModManager window under LE3, but it is. I wonder . . . could that be the problem? An LE2 mod in LE3?)

Galaxy Mod can change mission timing, I think it pushes N7: Cerberus Fighter Base back after Priority: Thessia.
You can check that in the EGM Settings from the mod manager tools menu.
