so one thing is i had everything going to my one drive so i turned off that sync and it is a corrupted save file i just delete it and play the game with no internet and it works but if i shut down and then i play it when the internet it up that corrupted file comes back . i can connect to online when i delete the save file and the game opens but then it also does not have all the DLC working. how do i get rid of that corrupted file???
The EA cloud should prompt you if there is a discrepancy between the cloud and local saves.
This should happen the moment you go online again after moving your save games in offline mode.
(You need to have an empty "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 2\Save" folder in this moment!)
If that happens you need to choose to continue with the local saves. That should erase the corrupt save in the cloud.
If the game works after that you can move your remaining saves from your local backup into the save folder again.
The next time you start the game, your save games will be synchronized with the cloud again.
If EA app is not promoting you for a mismatch between cloud and local saves let me know.
