Mass Effect 2 Legendary Ed. Paragon - Renegade without logic

Question

&nbsp;I just finished Legion's loyalty mission (A house divided), and although I had way more Renegade than Paragon points, during the Legion vs. Tali confrontation the Renegade line was greyed out (cut this crap out!) whilst the Paragon one was the only one available, and this is not the first time this "game" did this cos of Bioware's faulty programming.&nbsp; Please how to fix this? Thanks in advance.&nbsp;(I have tried uploading some screenshots but GeForce Experience is saving them in the JXR format which is unsupported on this forum. I tried to convert them in jpg using Pixilion with horrible results.)&nbsp;

This is by design. In some persuasion checks, the paragon check is easier than the renegade check and vice versa. It doesn't matter that you have more points in one compared to the other. Both persuasion checks in this scenario have the same outcome, so this isn't really an issue regardless.

If, for any reason, you don't want to pick the paragon choice, you can choose to lose this persuasion check and later attempt to regain the loyalty of the party member you angered with a renegade option.
