Mass Effect 3 - Online Game Pass

Question

Hello, I wanted to see if I could purchase ME3 through steam although I already own it on the EA app to see if i could play on a fresh account without any multiplayer progress, and it did not work. After getting rid of the steam version, I can no longer play the multiplayer! I have tried reinstalling, changing the drive, and repairing the game to no avail. The game always says that I do not have an online pass and cannot access the online functions. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried multiple repairs/re installations and I still cannot get it to work :(

locoroco022​&nbsp;If you use the same EA account that the Steam copy was registered to, deleting multiplayer progress will not work this way.&nbsp;If that is the case the easiest way to fix this might be going back to your Steam installation.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you used a new EA account there is probably a entitlement issue in your account, only EA support can solve that.You can start here to contact support.&nbsp;
