Mass Effect 3 Pre-order bonus N7 warfare gear code not work

Dear EA Support,

I hope you can help me out. I tried to redeem the preorder bonus code for the N7 warfare gear code from gamestop and had a lot of problem. It says its in use but this is a code that was given to me by them and gamestop isn't help me out with this. I believe someone ended up stealing my pre order bonus code. Could you help me fix this code issue by generating another one?

As to why i delay playing or installing Mass Effect 3, school and day time job.

I can provide a copy of my recepit and screenshot of this issue. And other additional info.

  • First - we are not EA support, we are users like you.

    Second - have you tried contacting EA Support via their contact-form? Here is a description how.

    Hi,

    Well the site is confusing. I have tried to select the problem and platform but EA Email link does not show up. Does someone have their direct email address?

    if you set your country to "United States" at the bottom of the page you should be able to speak to them directly via Live Chat.

    Hi,

    When i try to click on live chat it won't work. Is it something they disable? I only see two options which are the Answer HQ and Live Chat but when i hit the button it won't work for some reason.

    The Live chat should be available 24h each day. Have you tried a different browser, maybe yours is acting up.

    I'm using firefox. no idea what's going on. Can i ask you a favor, can you send me the direct url for their live chat. When i try to open the link in a new window it doesn't have any web address. Same thing on I.E.

    I'm afraid I can't since it's a javascript button (do you have any programs that block javascript, like anti-virus?) and then you get a pop-up (have you disabled your popup-blockers in the browser / anti-virus?) with a unique URL that is tied to your account.

    I think its the java script issue that i am having major problems with in their button. I have no idea how to contact them. Should i just leave a number and have them call back. I currently reside in canada, if i leave my number do they charge money for customer support?

    I've never had them call me back, but then again, I live in Europe, so I don't know for certain. I don't think they'll charge you - it's up to them to call another country or not. Would be the first time I've heard of this. Don't you have access to another computer / tablet etc. where you can try to use the contact form and see if javascript works there?

    i have the same problem my pre-order dlc code was used before i even opened the box.

    i spent an hour on the phone with EA tech support and they transfered me half a dozen times until finally they said my code was used by someone in another country and that i must have given my code away and said there's nothing they could do and hung up

    so after doing some research i learned gamestop's dlc code generating algorithm was discovered and someone made a key generator to spit out codes,so yeah your code was stolen before you got it
