I did that stuff yesterday, but nothing has really changed yet. I'm concerned that I may not hear anything as my case is in the "closed" category, but its confusing as the description says "These are cases with issues marked as resolved or unresolvable by you or an EA Advisor."
So I have no idea if they'll ever get back to me.....
