Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Not Connecting

My EA ID is the same as this user name in the community. I don't use Steam for this. I play on PC. Here's a screenshot:

Mass Effect Andromeda cannot connect online on either Xbox or PC. The game starts Offline and reports "Network Connection Error. Unable to connect at this time." Dragon Age Inquisition and Dragon Age The Veilguard connect normally using the same EA account. The issue occurs on both home internet and a cellular hotspot and VPN. I am wondering if the servers are shut down like they did for DAO

I am wondering if it is because of BioWare shut down. So I can assume no one can enter online? Thus, no one can ever get platinum trophy? 😔

For me it appears offline. Yesterday I played several multiplayer games. I tried twice to play today but each time the status has remained offline. Maybe the server is down. 

I can't login for the last 3 days. IF they did shut it down, it happened with NO notification.
