Mass Effect Legendary Edition Steam License Block - You Don't Have Access Loop
My account has a backend entitlement/license conflict.
I originally played the game via an Xbox Game Pass / EA Play subscription, which has now officially expired. I then bought a permanent retail copy directly on Steam and did a 100% clean reinstall.
My EA App says "Standard Edition accessed through Steam." However, the EA server is prioritizing the old expired subscription ticket instead of reading my active, valid Steam purchase ticket.
Local troubleshooting is already done: I have re-linked accounts, reinstalled the game/EA App, and fully wiped all local AppData, ProgramData, and Windows credential caches.
Anyone bump into the same issue?
