Alrighty so now when i try and repair the game it says: An unknown error occured. Restart the EA app and try again, or reach out to our support team for help.
I restarted the app and still i get this message, i uninstalled the game and reinstalled, i still get this message, i boot up the game still the same issue as before, it also says i now have the standard edition instead of the deluxe, whether or not this has any bearing i dont know.
I toss the ball back over to you

Community ManagerWheams Apologies for not responding to your message on the thread. I was not getting a lot of updates, so I missed a lot of replies back to me. It should be working for you now. If not, I would do a reinstall just so that it updates correctly. IF for some reason it does not work, Live Support will have to look at the account as there is a very direct process for the online pass errors. They can make any needed changes to the account as we cannot over the forums at the moment. If they do not, please let me know and send me the case number.
