Wheams Apologies for not responding to your message on the thread. I was not getting a lot of updates, so I missed a lot of replies back to me. It should be working for you now. If not, I would do a reinstall just so that it updates correctly. IF for some reason it does not work, Live Support will have to look at the account as there is a very direct process for the online pass errors. They can make any needed changes to the account as we cannot over the forums at the moment. If they do not, please let me know and send me the case number.
