Multiplayer DLCs do not appear to download ME3

I'll get a jump start on this, though replies from @holger1405 and/or @EA_Shepard should take precedence...

1) Often one question is: did you purchase from EA or from Steam?

2) On the Mass Effect 3 page in EA App, click the "manage" > "manage add-ons".  Which, if any, DLC are listed?

Then in EA app > Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner > Help > App recovery > Clear cache > Restart the PC > Test.

4) My own suggestion: before you consider drastic steps, if you have access to another PC (laptop, family member's, heck a friends!), log into your EA account on that machine and see if it has the same issue.

Though I see this problem posted here often since EA switched from Origin to the EA App, I don't think there has been a rock solid solution.  Or at least it is NOT posted in the stickies.

@ChibiOli Can you try to reinstall the game again and when you choose where and what to install, see if the DLC shows up in the drop-down list? We have tested this quite a few times and it seems like they will show up when you do the initial install but not when you install the game and then the DLC.

- It was purchased from EA code

- Tried clear cache, not works.

- Tried in another device, not works.

The game just shows me 1 add on "extended cut", but nothing else.

 I tried to reinstall without any luck. Also, when I'm ready to download, the game just shows me 1 add on (see attachment). I talked with some advisors on EA Help with no luck. I don't know what to do ☹️

Hey, @ChibiOli So this is an EA app issue not a game issue. Happens with other games as well. Do you have the option to download the EA app to another PC and log in?

If you do not, can you uninstall the app, create a new Admin account on Windows and reinstall the EA app from the EA.com site?

Then log in and see if you can claim the DLC from the EA app.
