N7 HQ cannot sync my account.

I played Mass Effect 3 multiplayer a lot when it released on the 360. Under the same account/gamertag but a different email connected to the EA Origins website. Last year I changed my gamertag/psn and email across all of my consoles, games, and accounts under one email, Just to make things easier for me. After I done that, I deleted all of my old emails. which I believe 1 was still connected to my first and only Mass Effect and EA Origins/Play account. I don't know if that is the reason N7 HQ cannot sync my ME3 Multiplayer data to my new email/gamertag or find it, but it more than likely is the reason. But if you all know a solution for this, please let me know. I want to play ME3 multiplayer again without starting over from the beginning. That is the last resort.

    Hey AfroSpartaan,

Typically, just updating a username or email for other platform accounts shouldn't affect things in this way. What can change this would be linking or unlinking those platforms from an EA (previously Origin) account. Generally that progress would be stored at the EA account level, so moving your platforms wouldn't bring that info with it.

Unfortunately, there's not a way to transfer progress from one account to another. If that original account has since been deleted and cannot be recovered through support, I'm afraid there wouldn't be a way to retrieve that, sorry.
