[PC] ME 2 LE version mouse not disappearing while playing.

    If the fresh install still doesn't work, try a clean boot:

Reinstalling didn't help, but the clean boot did.

Now how do I know what program might be causing that? Do I need to enable one by one + restarting every single time and testing the game? That would take a lot of time.

Could you point some programs that could cause that interference? My guess is Overwolf (for TS3), since it has its own in-game overlay.

    Overwolf is a good candidate, yes. 
    Unfortunately, the only way to find out for sure is through trial and error.

    I would enable all services first, if the problem is still gone you know it is a program. 
    Then focus on everything that is graphic related.

      Sorry for the late answer. I went back on msconfig, ticked the box to remove windows services and read one by one, activating those that I found most important for my daily uses (didn't activate Overwolf), and that glitch didn't happened anymore.
